If additional work is necessary, Reflection Guitars will contact you for approval before proceeding.
Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other specified payment methods.
A deposit may be required for certain services or special orders.
A non-refundable $45 bench fee will be assessed for inspection of the instrument. If the customer agrees to move forward with repairs, this bench fee is deducted from the invoice total.
Reflection Guitars maintains a mechanic's/artisan's lien on all instruments left for repair. Instruments will not be released until payment is made in full. The customer agrees to transfer possession and ownership of the instrument to Reflection Guitars as a condition of any such compensation.

Customers must collect their instrument within 7 days of being notified of the completion of the service. Instruments not collected within this period are subject to additional storage fees at a rate of $2/day, doubling every 24 hours and increasing to $20/day after 14 days of non-pickup.
